Yesterday – Sat Oct 15, 2011 I had the pleasure of taking photos of the Susan G. Komen Walk for the Cure at Virginia Beach Oceanfront. This was an amazing show of support for the cause of beating and curing Breast Cancer. My grreat friend Deb and her crew were walking in it and it was moving to see so many people out for this great event. It was colorful too. Here are a few more images;
I got out of work at 5 AM (Sat Oct 15, 2011) and headed to the Ocean Front at Virginia Beach to shoot some images of the Koman Walk for the Cure – a Breast Cancer fund-raiser and event. I was waiting for some friends to arrive and saw this scene. I love the pastel and peaceful scene.
I took these 2 images while at work at Lynnhaven Inlet today – Thur Oct 13, 2011 around 6:30 PM. The boats are Pilot Boats. The rain was moving through and the rainbow was awesome. I wished I could get to a better vantage point to get more of it – but had to settle for what I could capture. It was a great one to see.
I took this in my neighborhood on the way home from work this morning just after sunrise. It is on Bailey’s Creek from Dock Landing Road in Western Branch of Chesapeake VA. I liked the ground fog and the luck of the canoe coming by at the right moment.
